To support this work, we partner with disciplined, detail-driven remote trainers who assist us with technical training delivery, system setup,
workflow alignment, data preparation, and ongoing operational support delivery.
We’re now expanding our team and inviting applicants from the Philippines and Colombia who are looking for real operational work, not call-centre work — and not generic virtual assistant work.

Our remote Simpro Trainers contribute to this work by providing:
Live Simpro training delivery
Aligned documentation and data preparation
System configuration tasks
Workflow support and process alignment
Operational and technical follow-up
Structured, ongoing paid support for clients
This is specialist operational work where capability builds over time.
About the Role
You will be required to:
Prepare for and complete the Simpro Premium Certification exams, including the Digital Forms certification, as part of your onboarding and capability development.
Develop technical capability in Simpro, progressing through structured training to understand system setup, configuration, and operational workflows.
Build the proficiency to run full Simpro system setups, complete configuration tasks, and deliver Simpro technical training modules and operational guidance to Results Group clients.
