At Results Group, we help field-service and operational service businesses align their real-world workflows with Simpro
— a global job-management and field-service software platform.
To support this work, we partner with disciplined, detail-driven remote professionals who assist us with technical training delivery, system setup, workflow alignment, data preparation, and ongoing operational support.
We’re now expanding our team and inviting applicants from the Philippines and Colombia who are looking for real operational work, not call-centre work — and not generic virtual assistant work.
If you work well inside structured processes, understand operational workflows, and are comfortable inside job-management or field-service systems, the Business Virtual Administrator role may be a strong fit.
